Wow what a wonderful time we had on New Year's Eve when about 30 people showed up to ring in 2010 with us and Eddy Nataraj! Thank you to all who came to show that we could all have a very different evening than most of the new year times in our lives. It was peaceful, joyful, funny at moments...friends coming together, new people meeting for the first time, food, we had it all
Many thanks to Heidi for bringing the gorgeous gong which she so perfectly hit 108 times just before midnight to create a surreal experience for all leading into 60 seconds of silence at 11:59pm...then we broke out into Om Namah Sivaya, heard more from Eddy and the night continued until around 1:30am when we wrapped it all up.
Should we plan again for next year?? I sure hope so :)
